Medieval Leg Wraps or Winingas – DEFECTIVE

The leg wraps were used to protect the legs and the trousers from the undergrowth.

They were rolled from the feet to the knees and they also added a layer of cloth to protect the legs from the cold of the hard winter.

These authentic leg wraps ara available on 3 different colours and they present a beautiful herringbone fabric pattern.

Their use was very extended during the early medieval times and they were used by the people from North Europe, as the Vikings, so it makes them a perfect item to reenact this culture.

Made of cotton.

Measures: 350 cm long and 10 cm width.
