Bollock Dagger – 14th-15th Century – DEFECTIVE

**DEFECTIVE PRODUCT** – The sheath does not fit the dagger. Despite that issue, it’s a completely functional item.

This bollock dagger is based on originals dated from the 14th century, although this type of dagger was very common during the 15th century too.

The dagger’s blade is straight, double-edged and tapers off from hilt to top. The wooden grip has a guard which is equipped with two spherical or oval bulges.

Our reconstruction is very close to the late medieval originals. The grip is carved from one wooden piece, the sheath is made from solid cowhide. Even the fittings from brass meet the original as far as possible. The blade from carbon steel has not been sharpened however.
