Borre Style buckle & Belt End from Gotland

Buclke in “Borre” style, replica of an archaeological find from Gotland, Sweden, and dated from the 10-11th century.

It presents beautiful intertwined shapes, so distinctive of this style, and zoomorphical figures with the shape of animal heads.

Many buckles like this have been found on other Baltic regions and Russia.

Handmade of bronze.

Buckle Measures: 4 x 3.4 cm. For a belt of 2 cm.

Belt end measures: 4.2 x 1.5 cm.
