Falcated Knife Blade
20,00 €
Blade for making a knife for medieval reenactment. Inspired by some roman and celtiberian exemplars found on the Iberian Peninsula., dated from the Iron Age, during the 5th-3rd centuries BC.
This shape also reminds the nepali kukri (kukhuri) knives.
The blade is made of 1085 carbon steel, tempered with a hardness of 55-57 HRC.
It presents a beautiful “brut de forge” finishing and a scandi edge and although it has a sharped edge it could need an extra sharpening.
