This hood was used during the Middle Ages. It was a cloth to protect from the cold and inclement weather.
This design was used in Europe during the 11th century until 14th century.
Made of 100% woolen cloth and available on three different colors: dark brown, green and dark grey.
With linen iner liner.

Durable construction. The wool is “light weight” so not heavy to wear. Provides reasonable protection and warmth from wind and mist. The linen is soft. Small/medium size head, fits snug and comfortable. The hood is deep but the front can easily be folded back. Covers over the shoulders and half way down the chest. Very pleased with the product and company.
