These fantastic buclke, finely decorated, is an accurated replica of the archaeological find from the Værne Cloister, Norway. It’s dated from the 9th century.
The belt end is inspired by the find of RØD at Rygge, Østfold, Norway. It’s dated from the 9th century.
The scale of this set is bigger than the original one.
Hand-made with copper alloy.
Buckle measures: 6.5 x 5.4 cm. For a belt of 4.5 cm.
Belt end measures: 6.2 x 4.2 cm.
