This sword is inspired by the Gjermundbu (Norway) archaeological find.
This sword is dated on the 10th century and its tipology was very extended on Europe.
Made of high carbon steel. Blunt blade.
– Overall length 98 cm.
– Blade length 80 cm.
– Maximum blade width: 60 mm.
– P.O.B.: ~12 cm from guard.
– Handle: 11 cm.
– Guard: 12 cm.
– Weight (without scabbard): ~1.600 grams.
Wooden scabbard covered with leather is included.
Although it is a blunt blade, we only recommend its use on light combat or as display.
