Replica of the vessel found at the graves 539, 750 & 649 from Birka, Adelsö, Uppland, Sweden. Dated on the 8th century.

This type of vessel was very common in Europe from the 5th century to the 7th. As an example, the two images of complete vessels on the gallery, correspond to a merovingian vessel and an anglosaxon one which present the same decoration like the Birka vessel, but chronologically later.
