This 12th-13th century style gambeson has a distinctive buttoned collar, giving it an elegant and authentic look. Like the gambesons depicted in illuminated codices, front and back vents were added to this garment for added comfort and better mobility. A thick cotton filling provides interior padding, while the exterior features a rustic patterned cotton blend that highlights the historical charm of this garment.
