Late Medieval Shoes for Women

A flat, light shoe after a late medieval pattern, with a belt buckle over the instep and a raised heel.As with other models, the sole is also fixed with nails and very stable.

Please note:
The robustness of shoes according to historical patterns may not meet the modern requirements!
They are quite sensitive to asphalt, concrete stones and gravel. These floor coverings did not exist in the Middle Ages!
we therefore recommend wearing pattens (medieval wooden overshoes), insoles or to retrofit them with rubbersoles at the shoemaker of your choice.

– Material: cow hide
– Upper leather: approx. 2 mm
– Sole leather: approx. 7 mm

– Sizes: 36 – 42

European size. If your feet are wide or you want to wear heavy woolen socks or shoe insoles, we always recommend the purchase of a bigger size.
