These amazing earrings are based on an archaeological find from Byzantium. They are dated on the 9th century.
These earrings present a simple granulated decoration with two confronted birds. This zoomorphical motif was very extended, specially on brocade fabrics from the same period.
Hand-made with bronze. Hooks made of silver plated brass.
Measures: 2.3 x 3.5 cm.
