This curious pendant served as a tool for personal hygiene.
Although many similar pieces were found, this particular one is inspired by the archaeological finds from Björkö (Birka), Sweden (IX-X century).
This kind of utensil were used as toothpick or nailpick and, together with our earspoon could compose a beautiful and curious set for personal hygiene.
